What is the hiring process like at LawnStarter?

Although my time at LawnStarter was short, the training process was exceptional. Kim was able to make a dense product like theirs really easy to understand and I felt like I had a solid foundation to work on.

There are no bonuses available, a lack of a career growth program, and little flexibility regarding schedules.

Although Lawnstarter is a start-up business, you won't feel like it is. Everyone is collaborative, and you feel like you are a part of a big family that takes care of their own. I found Lawnstarter randomly, and I thought it was too good to be true. But when I started the process for my job application and was hired as a support representative, everything changed. They pay fairly and also offer a competitive package that will suffice your needs (and wants to). Steve (the CEO) and the leadership team doesn't make you feel they are way above our pay grade. It's fun to be here.
