Pros
Staff have great perks, pay increases at head office are fair, office building is beautiful and was clearly designed for employees in mind, a social hang out and great working space from desk to desk, plus you can take your dog to work. Flexible working hours can be great but also a con.
Cons
Management is terrible, no one takes any real responsibility, therefore it can be hard to have your voice heard and issues sorted and HR no better. Flexible working is good but this can be a dis-advantage, if you have a selfish manager who never around when needed and then too busy when they put in an appear, causing you and the rest of the team issues when completing your duties. No idea as to how one is doing in the job as their is no appraisal process which is an employees opportunity to say how they felt the last year been. A big red flag! hence why there is no career progression for staff.
