Pros
This company truly is what you make of it, and I've found that to be incredibly empowering. If you're proactive about your experience here, you'll thrive.
Culture & People: The culture really does take everyone—diverse backgrounds, different working styles, introverts and extroverts alike. My advice? Get to know others across teams. Some of my best collaborations and friendships have come from reaching out to people outside my immediate department. The People Team is always willing to help with anything, whether it's career questions, benefits clarifications, or just navigating company resources.
Communication Matters: Be vocal if you see issues. Leadership genuinely wants to hear feedback and actually acts on it. I've seen real changes happen because someone spoke up in a team meeting or sent thoughtful feedback. This isn't a place where concerns disappear into a void.
Benefits Are Outstanding:
Fully remote - Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule
Vacation stipend - They actually give you money to take real vacations
Wellness opportunities - Breathing, sound baths, and access to coaching platforms
Offsites in cool cities - We've done company gatherings in Austin, Denver, and Miami. Great for team bonding!
Comprehensive healthcare - Including mental health coverage and fertility care, which is increasingly rare and incredibly valuable
Unlimited PTO
Cons
Because it's what you make of it, you do need to be self-motivated and proactive. If you're waiting for everything to be handed to you, you might feel a bit lost. But if you take initiative, the opportunities are endless.
