Fast, conversational, solutions oriented. There were a few technical parts but it was mostly experience questions focused on solutioning. Recruiter was super communicative and every interviewer was great. Would recommend.

Question 1
How do you approach technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MNTN in Feb 2026
Interview
Keep in mind, I did not apply for this role. I was reached out to by a recruiter, which after that initial interview with them. I was invited to attend another interview. The hiring manager was on PTO, but I was scheduled to meet with someone else in their place. The interview was very awkward and I was reminded at the beginning that we had 27 minutes to talk, which made me feel like I shouldn't go over the allotted time. I also was not asked to share any information about my previous experiences and how it would align. I also felt like all of my answers were combative with their experience they've had previously. The person also came off as they did not want to interview on Friday, and that they were not open to chatting with me.

Question 1
Have I worked with BAs and BSAs in a previous role, and how do I scope out Sprint Planning?
JD did not match what was discussed. Questions were not relevant to the job at hand. Interviewer was very dismissive. Was not able to show my skills even a little bit.
Thank you for sharing this feedback. We take candidate experience seriously.
Our goal is for every interview to be clearly aligned to the role, respectful, and structured in a way that allows candidates to demonstrate their skills and experience. When that doesn’t happen, it’s something we want to understand and address internally.
