No significant hike during promotion.

No pressure, no micromanagement, shorter working hours, good pay, free office lunch 3 days/week, 3-4 outings per year.

Not much new work. Over hiring recently. Hiring unskilled people. QAs are technically inadept. Over reliance on processes as company is growing, wasting developers' productive time.

Great benefits, very good culture, helpful team and manager. Good perks and benefits and very competitive salary
