Pros
A+ mentorship at PR/I Social. Despite the pace of the industry, supervisors are incredibly kind and patient when teaching. A lot of time is invested in properly mentoring interns. Interns are checked on frequently and encouraged to voice out any concerns/struggles.
Flexible working arrangements is a plus! As long as you do your work well supervisors are very understanding.
Overall, Ogilvy is a good place to intern at if you're willing to work hard. The exposure to different accounts is great, and so is working alongside very talented individuals.
Cons
Not the place for people who want an "easy" internship. Learning curve can be steep – one must really have the drive to learn and improve. But if you're willing to put in the time/effort, you'll do well and be recognised for your hard work.
