Cons
Pinnacle Group has extremely unprofessional management and a complete lack of structure or accountability. The workplace culture allows certain managers, including senior staff in the finance department such as Parvez Chowdhury, to treat employees with disrespect and disregard. There is little to no support, poor communication, and absolutely no concern for staff wellbeing. Employees are often made to feel undervalued and disrespected, with management believing they can treat people poorly without consequence. Advice to Management: Re-evaluate how you treat your employees and take accountability for toxic behaviour at the management level. Leadership should set an example of respect and professionalism — not the opposite. Final Note: I would not recommend working for Pinnacle Group. The culture is unhealthy, disorganised, and unsupportive — avoid at all costs.
