Pros
I have been in the workforce for over 40 years. I can honestly say that for the first time in my work life I am truly happy and content. The team support is amazing, and I have never felt as if I couldn't/shouldn't share my thoughts, concerns or ideas. The growth and support that I have experienced in the last 1 1/2 years is something that I have never experienced in my work life. From the CEO down they are totally supportive and there for you 100%.
Cons
The only "con" I can think of is not about PuzzleHR but about myself. When working remotely it's so easy to get into the work groove. There is no such thing as "watching the clock" and waiting for it to strike 5pm. Time seems to pass by so quickly. It's so easy let time get away from you. But it certainly helps, when you love what you do and who you work with.
