Pros
Good salary and good benefits
Cons
Nothing to say about Reva global
Pros
The company excels in providing consistent support, equipping VAs with the tools and guidance they need to thrive in their roles. The permanent work-from-home setup is a significant benefit, enabling me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The management team is approachable and fosters a culture of open communication, always providing valuable and constructive feedback. What truly sets the company apart is its positive culture and collaborative environment. Colleagues are supportive and welcoming, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork that shines through, even in a virtual workspace.
Cons
Room for More Benefits: The current compensation is fair, but adding more perks, like additional bonuses or wellness programs, would make the package even more competitive.
Pros
- Good company culture and healthy workplace. I have always loved the people here! - The trainings are paid and you'll really learn a lot especially if you're new to the industry.
Cons
- The compensation is lower compared to other VA agencies but not that bad for a beginner. - Holidays will only be paid if your client wants to pay you. If not, the company will not shoulder the compensation.
Pros
They have HMO, good compensation, available support for VAs, good community, and they also have year-end party at 5-star hotels in Manila for all VAs. They also honor their loyal VAs.
Cons
Only cons that I can think of is they don't give their VA an option to resign from their client.
Pros
Positive Work Culture – Friendly and professional team environment. Remote Work Advantage – Fully remote setup with great communication tools. Good Compensation – Fair pay and potential for career growth. growth.
Cons
🔹 Client Dependence – Experience can vary depending on the assigned client. 🔹 Time Zone Differences – May need to adjust working hours for certain clients. 🔹 Growth Opportunities – Career advancement may be limited depending on the role. 🔹 Technology Reliance – A stable internet connection and proper equipment are essential.
Pros
Paid trainings, remote work, time keeping. Time keeping tool is straight forward and easy to use. Good for starters only
Cons
Too much hassle in logging and logging out as each VA is required to send irrelevant SOD, EOD and Speed test everyday. These SOD-EOD reports are different from the report VA creates and fill outs for the client plus the numerous trackers that are to be accomplished separately. Benefits and Compensation are low ball. Only HMO and an increase of $100 after being with a client for 6 months. (starting salary is $600 for real estate va) That's equivalent to $600per month=$3.46per hour and after 6 months it becomes $700per month=$4.38per hour. REVA's salary cut is too high in respect to the client's salary offer and comparing to other agency their service fee to their employees is pretty stingy. And they have this non compete agreement.
Pros
Plenty of opportunities for learning and advancement Training and mentorship programs Exposure to different projects/accounts Supportive and collaborative team environment Approachable and understanding leadership Recognition for good performance Good balance between work and personal life Competitive salary and incentives Strong client base and steady projects Good benefits package
Cons
Some processes could be more streamlined Communication between departments could improve Tools and systems may need updating
Pros
Before I applied with the company, I've been researching and checking testimonials from employees and one thing that caught my attention is the stability. I like how they value each member of the company. No wonder a friend of mine have been working with REVA for 3-4 years already. The management is approachable as well. And of course the advantage of working from home and how they value work life balance.
Cons
I believe REVA can do more when it comes to compensation and benefits. The competition of different VA Companies now, I would say REVA could offer Health Insurance to their employees at day 1. That's my downside with REVA, you can get your insurance once you are 6 months active with a client. The pay is also low compare to others. Although there is an increase after 6 months but not much.
Pros
• Excellent Work-Life Balance: REVA Global truly understands the importance of balance between professional and personal life. The flexible schedule allows me to work efficiently while still being present for my family. • They Care About Their People: Management is supportive, approachable, and genuinely values employee well-being. You’re treated like more than just a number. • Competitive Pay: Compensation is fair and performance-based, which motivates you to do your best. • Non-Toxic Environment: The culture is respectful, collaborative, and encouraging. There’s a strong sense of community and zero tolerance for toxicity. • Professional Growth: They provide tools, training, and opportunities to grow and succeed in your role.
Cons
None so far. If there's one, some tools take time to get used to. But, with the help of the team, everything makes easier.
Pros
- Paid Training - HMO benefits - Performance based salary increase - Paid time offs - Year End parties and team activities - Loyalty, service and excellence awards with bonus incentives
Cons
- Training is paid only if you pass - Possibility of floating while waiting to be matched with a client - No option to choose your own client and tasks - No 13th month pay and Philippine holidays (US calendar is followed)
