Your performance is graded on metrics you have little to no control over, you get little to zero support from supervisors/managers

Great starting pay, good benefits and great perks. Can be a great atmosphere depending on your store manager.

Performance metrics are a bit ridiculous and counter intuitive. Commission structure lacks balance as marketing is not geared towards stores.

No work life balance, not good pay (they low ball their employees when it comes to pay and promotions, stressful environment where your concerns aren’t taken seriously and no action to take to fix them. They care more about the business needs rather than their employees and especially their mental health. The pay doesn’t match the workload, especially if you are in a busy high volume call center with them. Recruiters are salary and they have no issue with you working over 40 hours per week to stay on top of business needs, causing a negative work life balance. They don’t care about your needs or working with you to make it better. Also, there are not a lot of opportunities for a recruiter to advance.

poor commission structure, thin upper management, poor communication between departments, high sales goals

Good benefits and decent pay with opportunity for progression. Paid education and opportunities within the field.

High impacting organizational changes. Some opportunities to climb the latter require relocating.
