Pros
They are genuinely interested in employees' health and well-being, and they support you financially too in terms of pay and benefits. I feel like I have the tools to grow professionally, and I love their commitment to environmental sustainability.
Cons
The interview process from start to finish is too drawn out, but if you make it through, you can be assured that the quality of the other employees is very high.
Once hired, they do require that you work 2 days of the week in the office, which, in my particular role, I feel is unnecessary as I can edit from anywhere, and with the cost of living crisis, I could really benefit from that extra cash if I didn't have to go in. But other than that, there are no other cons that I can think of.
