- Good product discount on Luxottica brands and LensCrafters - Schedule fairly flexible - Good if you are only looking to part time - Company culture is good but really depends on your RM

-Depends on your regional manager, there is definitely favoritism. People get away with stuff because they are being favored. - My pay from previous job was being asked, which is red flag. - Very hard core sales oriented. - They will have many stores in one mall, will lead to toxic work environments because of bad competition. - Bad support from RM - If you are managing high volume store already, there is no career advancement.
