How are the career development opportunities at Syneos Health ?

Decent LMs, Good Benefits, Work environment isn’t too stressful

No career progression, don’t really stand behind employees, the raise isn’t as good as expected

Pros: Strong leadership: The leaders at Syneos are generally supportive and provide clear guidance. Good systems: The infrastructure and systems in place make it easier to collaborate and complete tasks efficiently. Moderate workload: I appreciate the balanced workload, which allows for a manageable work-life balance.

Layoffs: Unfortunately, there have been a lot of layoffs recently, which has created a sense of uncertainty among employees. Limited advancement opportunities: There seems to be a lack of options for lateral moves or career advancement within the company.

The pay is pretty good and my line manager is great, especially when it comes to career growth, she’s always asking where I want to go, etc.

I work on an FSP contract and I know they make more money off of us than we get paid, which is fair and I understand, but we are not included in the bonus structure which is a bit frustrating considering that the company makes money off of us.

I worked in Syneos's FSP department. Great start with supportive management and growth opportunities.

Seem prone to layoffs, staff frequently move between FSP's as well which could be good or bad. Salary is lower than at other Sponsors and CRO's.
