Due to the size and structure, decisions, especially cross-functional or cross-regional, can be slow. The company has undergone multiple reorganizations which created some internal uncertainty and change fatigue among teams. In certain roles (e.g., legal or compliance), career progression can feel limited without relocation to another region.

Great work-life balance and working with smart people. Company genuinely lives by its values and is great at championing diversity in my business unit, including upper management (VP+). lot of WFH flexibility compared to many other companies. Base pay and bonuses are competitive.

RSU grants are 1/2 of other companies in Boston area at AD level, which is hundreds of thousands of dollars over time opportunity cost. I still think it is worth it for all the other positive aspects, but if I ever leave this will be why.
