I have concerns regarding the leadership and work environment at Temco, particularly involving the HRBP Director and the CPO. The current HRBP Director, Tinna, has exhibited behaviors that suggest discrimination based on race, sexual orientation (LGBTQI), and family status. Such actions are not aligned with the principles of inclusivity and diversity that are fundamental to a healthy workplace.
Furthermore, the CPO, Matt, along with the HRBP Director, appears to be contributing to an environment lacking in work-life balance. Employees are often expected to prioritize work to the detriment of their personal lives.
It is my belief that for Temco to thrive, it is imperative to address these issues promptly and consider leadership changes to foster an ethical, inclusive, and balanced work environment.
