The STAR method is an interview technique that gives you a straightforward format you can use to tell a story by laying out the Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Situation: Set the scene and give the necessary details of your example. Task: Describe what your responsibility was in that situation. Action: Explain exactly what steps you took to address it. Result: Share what outcomes your actions achieved.

The entire process was very relaxed. When I interviewed I dressed in business casual, but I've seen students interview in their every day clothes and get hired. They won't ask any questions that you haven't heard before. As long as you answer the questions honestly, express a semi-calm demeanor, and don't say anything too crazy you'll most likely get hired.
