      Had the best supervisors who genuinely cared and the benefits they offered were amazing

      Lower salary but commission type base structure (got bonuses a few times a year based on sales goals)

      Really energetic environment with great people. Benefit package was elite and the perks of working in college sports was a thrill!

      Work life balance can get out of balance at times due to working in college athletics.
