Very nice and approachable. Seemed a little too eager to have me. Feeling the red flags and wondering what I'm missing. Big points for them was starting immediately, and it's all commission based after a few weeks of training.

Interview
The interviewing process was good. I had a passionate and kind interviewer. However, they didn't really explain what the job was going to be until I got there. It didn't have to do with events at all so that was suspicious. I got offered the position but declined because I didn't want to directly sell to people. The hiring manager explained that they go out everyday and stand in front of places hoping to get sales.

Shot me through two rounds of interviews quickly to then bring me in and explain how you are responsible for going to different events daily to panhandle for donations that your commission comes out of. Bad pay, little transparency, and mostly lies.
