Interview
The interview process was very smooth, HR was very helpful and provided detailed process what to expect in the round, the discussion from HR is proactive. First round was DSA round based on kadane problem, Second round LLD, design snake ladder game with working code, Third round is cultural and system design, basic resume related question, leadership questions, situtuation based question and last 20 min on system design Slack like service.

1. **Technical - Coding (1 hour):**
- Questions on resume
- [540. Single Element in a Sorted Array](https://leetcode.com/problems/single-element-in-a-sorted-array/)
- Asked few questions on database indexing, microservice architecture adv/disadv.
2. **Technical - HLD (1 hour):**
- Design drugs prescription upload workflow.
- What all modules and services are required to support this feature.
- Asked few follow ups around how to scale this feature given 1M request per minute.
- Asked concept of signed urls feature of cloud services.
3. **Hiring Manager (1 hour):**
- Asked few questions on previous work experience.
- Asked about my role expectations.
Note: This company looks shady to me due to following reasons.
1. Hiring manager didn't ask much to about my work exp. which seems very odd to me.
2. HR never picks call and trying to avoid me as much as he can.
3. When they informed that i cleared all round and they will move forward with my candidature, i haven't heard back from them for 2 weeks straight. They never called & pick my calls. After 2 weeks they informed they will only offer me sde-2 since my work ex is only 4 yrs but all my rounds were taken for sde-3 level.
I highly recommend you all to think twice before joining this organisation.
