I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 3DGence (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
I was initially contacted for a 30 min phone interview. Following this I completed an email assessment of various questions and finally had a 1 hr in person interview primarily conducted by the CEO. Everyone I interacted with to this point was kind enough. The CEO immediately got on his phone after asking me the first interview question and was checking it throughout. I sent a follow up email thanking those in attendance but the company sent no communication following the in person interview
I applied through other source. I interviewed at 3DGence
Interview
The interview was freeform, without a lot of information available about the specifics of the position, salary or the next steps. Answers to questions were vague and it didn't appear that the firm had clearly thought out what they wanted to do with the position or how to position themselves in the marketplace. However they wanted lots of information on past employers, too much so. It was uncomfortable.
Additionally, they continued to troll on the sites, advertising that there were positions yet no one was ever hired. I have seen that positions in engineering posted for over 4 months plus, and many others coming and going yet nothing or no one gets hired there.
