Worst Process. Just for basic information , they called for interview and said not suitable. Looking for the caste and community details, never faced or expected such questions. Useless.

As usual begins with self intro and the questions on the job roles. Have to fulfill minimum satisfaction from the company side. final question on willingness of joining date. They don't ask for salary expectation, during the time of selection only they informed. we may negotiate.
