You will speak with one of the senior researchers that would employ you underneath their team either over the phone or in person at the building they work at. If they decide to go with you then you will receive an email from the HR team to set up an orientation date

They will ask about a time in which you had things not go as expected in a work/lab setting and how you went about adjusting to make the most out of the situation

Just a phone interview. 4 people interviewed me through phone. No on site interview. Took 3 weeks for an offer. Then 2 weeks after the drug test. Everyone was nice and kind.
