Interview
Personality test then work sample. Only employs intern who specifically says they are interested in a career in recruiting but does not give the interviewee a chance to speak about themselves. Got rejected because they wanted a intern who was 'interested in a career in recruitment' but logically does not make sense because they do not ask personal questions and if one was not interested in recruitment, they would not apply for the position.

The process was: informal coffee, followed by a personality assessment, onsite work sample test and then reference checks.
I got a tour of the office and the chance to meet the whole team.
