2-3 rounds of interviews. It includes sharing of background, details of educational background. Introduction and explaination about the role they wanted to hire for. Submission of writing samples and PPTs for reference. The process took time but the results were positive.

3 step process, assignment and 2 levels of interaction along with Hr discussion. Very well organized system. The interviews are quite well designed and they make you comfortable. The assignments are reviewed and they give their feedback on it.
