Need to have background in teaching and be prepare to correctly pronounce the words as they are critical with it. Have a series of interviews also. The interviewer is a Chinese she will pretend to be a kid and you will teach her. Then after then she will tell you if you passed or not
The interview was easy and smooth. I attended the interview on time and passed it. The interviewer is nice and friendly so you would not feel nervous during the interview.

Step by step process. The one who conducted the interview gave every detail that we must need to know. Also asks me if I could provide equipments needed for teaching. The emergency power source, the extra internet provider.

You can pick the time and date for your interview schedule. The interview conducted is a group inerview. You will be asked several questions by the interviewer and the questions asked does not require intensive knowledge.
