You need to apply through their website first. After that, you will receive interview invitation. It was a group interview, you need to discuss with your groupmates and come up with a presentation with slides. They pay attention on how you are doing in the group. Conducted in Chinese.

Question 1
ask you to have a group discussion on a selected topic. Mine was something like how to utilize the technology on retailing industry.
The process is a group interview.
We are assigned to different groups and they will give us a business problem to work on . Managers will sit besides and listen the team discussion. After that there will be a short presentation and some follow up questions from managers. Managers will find you separately for casual talk if they think you are good candidate.
