HireVue, then a phone screening, then a panel, and a final interview with the manager.
When I first had the phone screening, I was told that the panel interview would've been the final step, but they added a final interview two weeks after I had my panel interview.
I could just be a bit frustrated since I went through the interviewing process for almost 4 months and ended in a rejection, but there could've been a bit of clarity for the latter part.
When I asked for advice after the rejection, they told me that the candidate had more experience in that specific department--which is fair on their part, but not really on ours considering the departments aren't specified until you get to the final round.
