AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) interview questions

HireVue, then a phone screening, then a panel, and a final interview with the manager. When I first had the phone screening, I was told that the panel interview would've been the final step, but they added a final interview two weeks after I had my panel interview. I could just be a bit frustrated since I went through the interviewing process for almost 4 months and ended in a rejection, but there could've been a bit of clarity for the latter part. When I asked for advice after the rejection, they told me that the candidate had more experience in that specific department--which is fair on their part, but not really on ours considering the departments aren't specified until you get to the final round.

The interview process was online- a virtual video interview followed by some online games. There are some practice questions offered, but they were nothing like the actual interview questions. The games were to test spontaneity and emotional intelligence. While they seem easy at first, you realize very quickly how hard those are.
