Interview
There's 2 different interviews. The first one, you go into their office and the interview is 2 minutes. The "CEO" asks you when you can start and that's it. Depending on what you say, will determine if you move to the second interview. I told her I can start in 2 weeks (because I needed to put my 2 weeks in at my other job). Anyway, I got called for the second interview but little did I know, I was seeing what a day "on" the job looked liked. Everyone got separated into small groups. Before I knew it, I was walking into the subway station to go to the Bronx. Our "group leader", an employee "conducting" the interview, was asking us "interview" questions in a busy NYC subway station. She got really annoyed that one us didn't have a metro card and missed the train? The train comes every 2mins. I found it pretty hilarious how she didn't know where she was going and expected us to know where to go without telling us. Off the bat, I knew this "internship" wasn't for me. I looked "upset" so the lady told me to leave and "GOOD LUCK FINDING YOUR WAY BACK HOME". Little did she know I was 15 minutes away from my home. Overall, do not waste your time cold calling and spending your own money on "traveling". Did I mention its competitive pay?

Interview
It was a 2-round interview. Everything goes really fast. The first interview was just average 7-10 munites. The result was fast too, I got the result the same day and attended the next day's second round interview, which is the final round. During the 2nd round, they breif the training program of the company and during the some time ask for some more details about me. We were paired and assigned a mentor at the 2nd round.

Interview
I left and did not return because it was definitely a scam. I should have trusted the glassdoor reviews. I arranged a "set time" for my interview and I waited 20-30 minutes in the waiting room with ten million other crammed people. It was not even in an office, it was a strange shared office space where two other interviewers/recruiters were interviewing bustling interviewees. My interview went for literally 15 minutes, 5 of me telling him about myself, and 10 him talking SUPER FAST, as if rapping memorized lyrics, about the role and how I would be a manager in 2 years and get paid exponentially. It all sounded too good to be true, and very vague guidelines and little information was told when I asked questions. I immediately got called in for "coffee and "speed dating"" which apparently had some training? for 9AM the next day? no thank you!
