Shortlist - written- viva, i dropped CV, they call me for initially for written test where IQ test was also given, the time was 3 hour. Written is for 1.5 hour and iq and graphic problem solving for 1.5 hour. There was break Between these two exams for 10 minutes. They were helpful and treated very well.
