The interview process was well-structured and welcoming. It started with an initial phone screening with HR, where I was asked about my background and why I was interested in the role. Shortly after, I was invited for a virtual interview with the hiring manager, which felt more like a two-way conversation than a traditional interview.
The manager was genuinely interested in my experiences and how they aligned with the company’s goals. Afterward, I met with a few team members in a panel-style interview, which gave me a good sense of the team culture and day-to-day responsibilities.
Throughout the process, they were prompt in their responses, and I felt supported by the recruitment team. It was clear that they were looking for a good cultural fit as well as someone with the right skills. Overall, the interview process was thorough and respectful, and I left with a positive impression of the company.
