Interview
The interview process began with a screening interview by an HR representative who asked about my background, availability, and general motivation for the role. After clearing that, I was interviewed by the Deputy Head of Finance and the CFO. Their questions were more technical, focusing on finance-related concepts and my academic knowledge. The overall tone was professional, and the process moved fairly quickly.
