The process consisted of a two-stage process. One via Teams and one in person.
Both were very structured and formal and there was no real opportunity get the know the company better. Also, I tried asking about the salary and was quickly shot down.
I think the most egregious thing was that I was one of two candidates to get to the final stage and I after not hearing from them for a number of weeks, I had to actually pursue them for an answer. When I finally received it, I was met with a generic rejection email, with no personalised feedback whatsoever.
I personally found the entire interview experience quite cold and impersonal and after the tour, it didn't seem like a great place to work anyway.
