ADL Ventures interview questions

Interviewed with someone in HR and then got connected with the hiring manager, who I think was at the director level. Interviewed with him and apparently I wasn't the right fit, as nobody ever contacted me again. Both interviews were casual Zoom calls. No hard questions, just general conversation about my background and experience. Hiring manager didn't seem thrilled with the recent direction of the firm - apparently they had just restructured and a c-suite leader had been ousted. This was mid 2024.
