I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AG Projects (Amsterdam) in Jan 2020
Interview
First communication was via email, and the next 3 was phone calls with a technical test in the middle. Date, time and duration of each one weren't scheduled but instantly. The calls were made using ag-projects real time communication software (open source and available to download and use). The first one was a general and typical talk. One important question was about the future and why I wanted that job, in a professional but in a future of the life focus too. Then, some technical and specific question. Then I would to choose a project from ag repositories (available in github) and technical test consisted in migrate
