I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AHM (Srīnagar, Jammu and Kashmir) in Aug 2018
Interview
I went to the Head Auditor who i was knew and had done internship under. He was more than pleased to hire me and after little bit of usual interactions and some questions - i joined .
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AHM (Wollongong) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview at AHM went well. They had nearly every worker come out and introduce themselves and seemed very bubbly and happy. Majority of workers were female probably more than 90% were female. They seemed to have good values and culture. I was really happy with this. They made it how supportive they are towards pregnancy and all female issues. They also made it clear that the managers were female leaders. Towards the end of the interview I was told I would be contacted by a certain date by the manager who interviewed me. So I am waiting eagerly to hear what the outcome was of the interview. A week goes by no email, no phone call. I call the company and leave my details, with a short message of whether the position had been filled or not. Another 3 weeks go by no call, no email. Communication issues? It seems strange as when their recruitment team emailed me about the interview. I got a call a few days later from a recruiter asking if I had been given a call regarding the interview I said no because I hadn’t. She replied and said that she thought it was wrong that I didn’t get a phone call about the interview. I thought that was rather strange. Now reflecting on that it seems that they either too lazy or don’t give a hoot about potential employees. A company that seemed so appealing now appears so sour I won’t be applying in the future. No wonder they are behind BUPA and not in front.
