      Chief Investment Officer Interview

      31 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AIG in June 2014

      Interview

The process was extremely long and poorly structured. I had interviews with so many people that some of them wondered why they were interviewing me. All interviews were with employees I would be interacting on that position, both directly or indirectly. Interviewers were not trained for the interviews and the whole process was very confusing for me.
