It was very easy if you know what you're looking for. First, I interviewed with HR over the phone and my next interview was video and that was with two Directors.
Hirevue and super day (3 rounds in person). Great experience with everyone I spoke to, really spoke to the culture at AIG. Behavioral and questions about studies and previous experience.
