Question 1
If you were assigned a project to work on with another associate but had a difference in opinion regarding on how to complete it, what would you do?
Online video interview for first round- largely situational and timed preparation for each question. 2 face-to-face final interviews over teams largely situational based but with some technical questions regarding insurance.
I interviewed with about 9 different lawyers. There were 4 separate sessions of 2 or 3 lawyers at a time. The lawyers at AIG all seem like caring people with strong values.
