AIG Technical Support interview questions

Interview is extremely easy, they're just looking for people that will be good to their customers. I thought it would be a great fit because I am excellent at customer service. But apparently you also have to never ever take any time off. Because even if he requested a month ahead of time and have emails to prove it they will fire you. .
