The process starts with a questionnaire. The questionnaire is pretty standard. They also ask you to come up with your own App and supply the structure that you would use. It felt like they were not expecting it to be perfect, but to see how much experience you had in developing. After that there was a in house interview that lasted about half an hour. Again, pretty standard questions there. There wasn't any demonstration of ability in the in house interview.
