Interview
The process is pretty straight forward. A quant and verbal test which are pretty easy if you were well prepared. They choose upto 10 to 20 candidates when done. Then comes the drool where there is an IQ and psychometric test which is very difficult to get through and was completely pointless for me.

The psychometric and IQ test are the ones that will fry your brains. This can be removed very well by them.
