Professional, friendly yet probing. Went through a recruiter, then had a phone screening call, then invited in for an interview, met the MD, then met some of the team, then had to provide certifications and then had all my reference checks, etc. Letter of offer subject to all coming out clear.

It was more about me, what was important to me, how they would get the best from me, an outline of what I'd done in the past that was relevant. They seemed more interested in my fit as a person and there were a few behavioural questions too.
