AMP Clean Energy interview questions

1 stage interview process, with a 2 person panel. Formal interview in office. Thorough, fair, and informative of the company. Plenty of opportunity for questions. Took 2 weeks to receive offer.

Their strategy is to create lengthy interview steps, extract a lot of information with reference to the current organizational challenges and then make up an excuse on why you are not a preferred candidate. The recruiter could not provide clear response to my questions and I could sense so much deceit in her gesture.
