It ws a one day process. First round was we had to talk for a minute about any topic we prefer . Second round was aptitude which was easy and the next round was email writing round. Once we clear the email round then it HR would call the selected candidates in pairs and ask questions on a random topic and whoever talks better from the pair will be selected.
