invited for interview at their sub-par empty office. Met an HR girl who said no management around at the moment. Super casual. Super unprofessional. Don't bother going down for an interview. They are steering all traders to a particular broker and must be getting a kickback in commissions. That is all.

just ask you what you know about trading. Sounded like a scam company and they had nothing to offer.

Interview
It ws a one day process. First round was we had to talk for a minute about any topic we prefer . Second round was aptitude which was easy and the next round was email writing round. Once we clear the email round then it HR would call the selected candidates in pairs and ask questions on a random topic and whoever talks better from the pair will be selected.
