AOCC interview questions

The process was initiated through a staffing agency. It was fairly quickly. I was offered to schedule an interview by the next day. Interview was scheduled for the following Monday. There were supposed to be two people but only one person interviewed. The conversation was so calm and steady, it definitely did not feel like an interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. I was very pleased with the person I spoke with. My resume provided much experience. They advised of a different position than the one I applied for. I was offered a position same day about 2 hours after the interview. However, when I was told about receiving a call for my start date and etc, I was told that my offer was rescinded due to someone internally wanting the position and seemed to be more qualified. I asked if I could get a position for the one I initially applied for and got the interview for but they declined.
