Don’t make any mistakes unless your nose is brown. If you’re not kissing management, you get attitude, reprimanded out in the open. Embarrassment, loss of benefits. The handbook screws you due to it being changed yearly. New CEO making cuts and Partners have even left. That’s sad they can keep doctors or employees.

The departments do not always communicate. It is disorganized in most areas and could use updates in operations as a whole. A living wage increase was not provided & the benefits package is too expensive for their employees. Many opt out and sign up with other insurance plans.
