The phone call lasted about 15 minutes, She asked good questions and answered mine well. Things seemed hopeful and I was very qualified for the job but I was rejected. When I sent a follow up email to ask if there were any qualifications I was lacking or that the chosen candidate had that I didn't, I didn't get a response.
