ARMRA Colostrum Sr. Manager Amazon interview questions

Horribly unethical company. If I had the desire, I could easily sue. I went through several rounds of interviews and was ultimately offered the job. The offer was for the same base salary I was making at the time, so I negotiaged and was offered a salary that was higher than my current (at the time) rate. I was pregnant at the time, and they didn't give any details about the parental leave policy when I asked about benefits, so I was forced to disclose my status and specifically ask about their parental leave policy. After I asked this, my offer was rescinded. Not to mention, their parental leave only includes 4 weeks paid leave - absolutely laughable from a company that was founded by a mother.
